Our Programs

We’re a fully-licensed child care centre located in Thornhill that helps your little seedlings grow and thrive. Serving the surrounding communities of Markham, Vaughan and Richmond Hill, we accommodate children from 2 months to 12 years old. Our enhanced programs focus on the whole child, helping them develop their academic and social skills and growing the strong roots they’ll need to succeed in school – and in life.

Age-appropriate, customized programs include academics (language/literacy/math/science), social interaction, creativity, and physical development and well-being, all of which are taught in an atmosphere that builds confidence and self-esteem. An enhanced curriculum gives children lots of opportunities to experience new things through language programs, music classes, computer skills development, field trips and more. Nutritious meals and snacks nourish their learning and growth, and plenty of outdoor time ensures they get the fresh air and sunshine they need to flourish.

Extra activities – Opportunities for every child

We know how busy your days can get. After you’ve picked up your child and taken him or her to a swimming or music lesson, then made dinner and cleaned up, there’s little time left to spend together. Seedlings will provide your child with the opportunity to take part in a variety of extra-curricular activities that you can choose from, all arranged by us. Through local partnerships with dance academies, community centres and other reputable organizations, your child may have the opportunity to take part in swimming, dancing, yoga, karate, etc. Programs are offered on a rotating basis, so children can explore and see what they like. When they’re done, you pick them up from the centre, go home, and enjoy some quality family time.

Every classroom is staffed by fully trained Early Childhood Educators with up-to-date first-aid training. We are all committed to creating a nurturing, fertile environment that encourages development, self-esteem and a joy of learning.
